This museum puts on display Oriental artworks from their permanent collection once in each spring and autumn. Amidst the bronze and silver artifacts, mirrors and ceramics from China and Buddhist art and calligraphy from Japan, there are two National Treasures and 22 Important Cultural Properties, most of which were collected by Kano Jibei Masahisa, the 7th generation brew master of the Hakutsuru Breweries. In 1995, a rug gallery was newly built, which continues its activities today as an established museum with 1,300 works.

How to get there: Get off Hankyu Railway at Mikage. 15 minutes on foot from there. Take Kobe City Bus for Uzumoridai from JR Sumiyoshi or Hanshin Mikage to Hakutsuru Bijutsukan Mae.
